ReplyDeleteThe earlier offer launched by HP was Happy Wheels Offer during 2009. The results are still not complete. In winner list you will find "Winners are under verification process". Year 2010 has gone and now its Feb, 2011 and verification is not complet. Why such misleading offers are being launched... Just to fool....
