SBI Card has announced new offer for their existing customers specially for this festive season exclusively on earning the bonus reward points. With this offer you can get double rewards points on spends above Rs. 2500 each and can get free Kingfisher Airlines Tickets.
During this offer period of Bonus Pe Flying Bonus, one will be credited with double bonus rewards points on every spend above Rs. 2500 made on your SBI Card. The offer period for the same is from September 1, 2010 to November 15, 2010.
If you purchase for Rs. 25,001 to Rs. 60,000 which is an accumulated purchase value (but only above Rs. 2500 per swipe will be considered) you will get 1000 bonus reward points apart from your regular bonus points. If your total purchase value ranges between Rs. 60,001 and Rs. 1 Lakh then you will get 1 Kingfisher Airlines Ticket for free. Similarly for purchase value of Rs. 1 Lakh and above you will get assured gift of 2 Kingfisher Airlines Tickets. The more you shop using your SBI Credit Card the more you will earn during the entire offer period and can use it to redeem for gifts with the Shop and Smile Rewards Program or just fly for free at Kingfisher Airline.
The free ticket is valid only on the base fare, tax and surcharges will need to be borne by the user. This free ticket is valid only on the domestic routes and valid only on Kingfisher Red or Kingfisher Class Airlines only. You will need to book the tickets 14 days in advance and the validity to book the same is till May 31, 2011. You can avail a maximum of 2 tickets only per SBI Card.

There is not much use in this offer. This is like saying "if you buy an elephant you will get a chain to tie it"!! One has to pay all taxes which will amount to a huge amount. The ticket price is only 200 Rs and tax will be around 2000 Rs!!. If it is a genuine offer you should give tickets free of cost to any required domestic sector
